Notice of application for the grant of a
Premises Licence under Section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that House of Fraser (Stores)
Ltd has applied toWolverhampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of
Premises known as House of Fraser,Victoria Street,
Wolverhampton, WV1 3PQ. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: to permit the sale of alcohol off the premises and opening hours 0800 to 2300 Monday to
Saturday and 0800 to 2230 on Sundays. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing
Department, Wolverhampton City Council, Civic
Centre (1st Floor Reception 14), St Peter's
Square,Wolverhampton,WV1 1DA no later than 19th October 2017 stating the grounds for representation.The register ofWolverhampton City
Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.wolverhampton.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
